Add 3 pepperoni slices, 2 tablespoons mozzarella, 2 teaspoons pizza sauce, and a pinch of oregano across the lower third. 3. Alternatively, arrange the egg rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for about 15 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and golden. (about 15 min) — 425°F
  4. Rest the egg rolls for 2 minutes, then serve hot with the remaining pizza sauce. (about 2 min)
