- 6 dates
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking instructions

- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the dates, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and thyme, stirring around the chicken to combine. (about 2 min) — Medium heat
- Simmer uncovered, turning the chicken once or twice, until the sauce is syrupy and the thickest parts of the thighs reach 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. (about 13 min) — Medium-low heat
- Transfer the chicken to plates and spoon the date balsamic glaze over each serving. (about 1 min)
