- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk just until combined; a few small lumps are fine. (about 5 min)
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some of the remaining butter. (about 2 min) — Medium heat
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. (about 3 min) — Medium heat
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden and cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed. (about 5 min) — Medium heat
- Serve the pancakes warm.
