Ingredients
- 1 medium head green cabbage
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking instructions

- Brush both sides of the cabbage wedges with the olive oil and season with the salt and pepper. (about 3 min) — 450°F

- While the cabbage roasts, finely grate the garlic and zest half of the lemon. Stir the garlic, lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, dill, and yogurt together. Add more lemon juice to taste. (about 5 min) — Room temperature
