Ingredients
- 12 wrappers wonton wrappers
- 4 oz brie
- 0.333 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 oil spray
Cooking instructions
- Cut the Brie into 12 small pieces. Arrange the wonton wrappers on a clean work surface and place one piece of Brie and about 1½ teaspoons cranberry sauce in the center of each wrapper. (about 5 min)
- Lightly moisten the wrapper edges with water. Fold each wrapper into a triangle, pressing firmly around the filling to seal and gently pressing out excess air. For a tighter seal, fold the two outer corners toward the center and pinch. (about 7 min)
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Lightly coat the basket and both sides of the wontons with oil spray. Arrange the wontons in a single layer, leaving space between them; cook in batches if needed. (about 3 min) — 370°F
- Air-fry for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wrappers are golden and crisp and the Brie is melted and hot. Cool for 2 minutes before serving, as the filling will be very hot. (about 8 min) — 370°F
