Ingredients
- 2 medium banana
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cookies vanilla wafers
Cooking instructions
- Peel the bananas and add them to a blender with the milk, vanilla pudding mix, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds. (about 1 min)
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, keeping it below the maximum-fill line. Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours. (about 1440 min) — 0°F or below
- Remove the pint from the freezer and let it stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Process it on the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream setting according to your machine’s instructions. (about 3 min)
- If the mixture looks powdery or crumbly, add 1 tablespoon milk and run one Re-Spin cycle. Crush the vanilla wafers into rough pieces. (about 2 min)
- Make a well in the center, add the crushed vanilla wafers, and run the Mix-In cycle. Serve immediately, or return the pint to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes for a firmer texture. (about 20 min)
