Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1.5 cups greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
Cooking instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop the strawberries into small pieces and gently pat them dry with paper towels. (about 10 min)
- In a bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey until evenly combined. (about 5 min)
- Spoon 12 small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. (about 120 min) — 0°F (-18°C)
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes so it is warm but not hot. (about 5 min)
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, turning to coat. Return the clusters to the parchment-lined sheet and freeze until the chocolate is set, about 1 hour. (about 60 min) — 0°F (-18°C)
- Serve directly from the freezer, or let the clusters stand at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes for a slightly softer texture. Store airtight in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. (about 5 min)
