Chocolate Peanut Date Bark

Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits. Arrange the dates cut-side down in a single layer, leaving minimal gaps, then cover with a second sheet of parchment and press or roll firmly until flattened into an even layer. (about 5 min)
  2. Remove the top parchment and spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates. Sprinkle the peanuts over the peanut butter, pressing them lightly so they adhere. (about 3 min)
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until smooth. Pour it over the peanuts and spread into an even layer. (about 5 min)
  4. Sprinkle evenly with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes, then cut or break into 12 pieces. Store covered in the refrigerator. (about 30 min)
