Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  1. Divide the rosemary sprigs between two sturdy glasses. Cut the orange into wedges and the lime into wedges, then add half of each fruit to each glass. (about 1 min)
  2. Muddle the rosemary and citrus firmly until the fruit releases plenty of juice and the rosemary smells fragrant, about 30 seconds. (about 1 min)
  3. Fill the glasses with ice. Divide the cranberry juice between them and stir gently to combine. (about 1 min)
  4. Top each glass with 1/2 cup sparkling water. Stir once, garnish with a rosemary sprig or orange wedge if desired, and serve immediately. (about 1 min)
