- 0.5 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions
Cooking instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until the sugar dissolves and no cornstarch lumps remain. (about 5 min)

- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and rest for 5 minutes. Spoon the thickened sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot. (about 5 min)
