## Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano

## Cooking instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

4. Grill the chicken, flipping once, until the skin is deeply charred and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. (about 15 min)
5. Transfer the chicken to a platter and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to ensure juiciness. (about 5 min)
