## Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil

## Cooking instructions
1. Bring a small saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Gently lower in the eggs and boil for 7 minutes. Transfer the eggs to cold water, cool briefly, and peel. (about 7 min) (Boiling water)
2. Heat the neutral oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and edamame, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the edamame is hot. (about 3 min) (Medium heat)
3. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, breaking up any clumps, until the rice is hot throughout and evenly coated. (about 4 min) (Medium heat)
